No Other Energy Healing:
Avoid other forms of energy healing during the series to fully benefit. This healing series is a specific alchemical process and container for your transformation.
Sobriety:

Consistent Timing:
Complete sessions in sequence, with sessions 4-11 no less than 7 days and no more than 14 days apart.
